Alert credits

Monthly Credits applied shall be applied at the beginning of each calendar month and shall be used during the month. Unused credits at month end shall expire in preparation for the adding of further monthly credits the following month. Top Up credits are available on a monthly basis and shall expire at month end if unused in preparation for the next months Top Up credits being added at the beginning of the calendar month.

1 x Alert credit is consumed for each of the following Alert types: SMS Alert, Picture Alert (MMS/WapPush) all other alert types do not consume Alert credits

Most devices will receive SMS Alerts, some devices will accept Picture (Wap Push) Alerts. Please check with your mobile service provider or Surelabs Technical Support to see if your device will accept SMS or Wap Push (Picture) Alerts.

Viewing of camera Live or Playback video

Many phones today also allow for streaming of Video using the 3GPP video format. Please see www.surelabs.com for an up to date list of certified compatible handsets and tested Mobile Carriers.

Users will need to have Internet activated both on your handset and at the premises (broadband) where your cameras are located. Some Telecom networks include a certain data download allowances within a tariff. Please check with your operator for the latest information on your data allowances and options for discounted data plans. Surelabs Be Sure service provision is additional to any Data charges you may incur from your operator.

Be Sure Mobile Monitoring Service Types

General

These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Surelabs Software EULA.

End Users shall subscribe either by completion of the Subscription form as provided by your supplier/dealer or by telephone by Directly contacting Surelabs customer service. Activation and enabling of the service shall occurs within 24 hours.

By so subscribing users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Surelabs Software EULA.

From time to time Surelabs or its dealers may offer special promotions which shall not be in conflict with these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions shall preside over any representations made by dealers if any discrepancies occur.

Be Sure Service enabling is provided by Surelabs systems. It is the End Users responsibility to ensure that the enabled system is operating at any time. If the system is not operating the end user is advised to contact Surelabs Technical support for assistance on making the system operational. The Be Sure service is provided to end users as an enabling service and subscription is payable for the enabling of the service only. Use of the Be Sure service is at the option of the user during a period of agreement.

Payments received shall be in advance of the month of service. Where a payment is not received Be Sure service enabling shall be suspended unless an arrangement is made with customer service. Cancellation of the service requires 30 days written notice after any contract period. Cancellation may not occur during a contract period. Costs incurred in the collection of any unpaid money by a third party agency shall be additional. Any unused Alert credits shall expire at the end of the Service agreement and shall not be eligible for refund.

Prices, specifications, terms and conditions may be varied from time to time by Surelabs without notice. Prices may vary from country to country.

Dealer Service Enabling

Dealers should notify Surelabs customer service within 2 hours of completion of the subscription agreement in alignment with the dealer program.
