Introduction to Surelabs MVS

Surelabs is the first in the world to achieve Live Video Stream to Mobile from a Security System. Mobile Video Security (MVS) provides the ability to view the cameras monitored by your Surelabs Video Security software through your mobile phone as a Live Video stream. With Surelabs MVS, you can view any of the cameras linked to the Surelabs Video Security Software.

If you are out and you know people are home or in the office and you want to check to make sure all is OK - just connect to your cameras from your Mobile Phone. It takes a few seconds and is easy and convenient.

Supported Mobile Phones

Most phones that support the streaming standard of 3GPP are compatible. Surelabs support the Telecommunications standard, 3GPP streaming format.

The following is a list of phones tested by Surelabs to be compatible with MVS. New models are constantly being tested so check back regularly. Check Phone Test section on this page if you want to test your phone now! If you have a phone not listed here but is compatible, please contact us so that it can be added to the list. If your phone is not listed here, contact us and we will advise you if it is compatible, we suggest try Phone Test first. Some phones do not support Telecommunications Streaming Standards and Protocols 3GP or SDP. It is suggested if you are considering upgrading your phone to support MVS then we suggest ensuring the phone supports the 3GP and SDP standards.
