Product Updates

You should regularly check for and download product updates directly from your Surelabs application - click on File -> Update to access the Live Update feature of your product.

LiveUpdate New Release

Download the latest version of LiveUpdate by clicking on the Link.

• Download LiveUpdate Ver. 3.0.3.8 (114 KB)

Extract/decompress the LiveUpdate.zip file to your Surelabs Application Folder (where Surelabs.exe and LiveUpdate.exe files exist), overwriting the LiveUpdate.exe file.

Surelabs Extra Tools

Download the Axis Camera Control COM if you can't find it in your Surelabs CD-ROM by clicking on the Link.

• Axis Camera Control COM (1.2 MB)

Extract/decompress the AxisCom.zip file and execute it.
NOTE: Axis Camera Control COM is needed to connect Axis IP Cameras.

Download the Pixord Media Control COM if you can't find it in your Surelabs CD-ROM by clicking on the Link.

• Pixord Media Control COM (137 KB)

Extract/decompress the PixordInstall.zip file and execute it.
NOTE: Pixord Media Control COM is needed to connect Pixord IP Cameras.
