Telephone support is available to all users at a national rate number. Be Sure subscribers are not charged for support. If you are not a Be Sure subscriber then you may be quoted a support fee which shall be advised to you at the time of the call. As support is not free, Software Installation support is free to all users within the first 30 days of registration of your Surelabs CCTV application system.

Some users may have difficulty setting up their CCTV System on their PC. To assist you with easy setup Surelabs offer an additional service over the standard telephone and email support we provide. We request that you stay in front of your computer and watch and learn as we setup your System for you be remote control over your broadband internet connection. You have full control and our experienced technicians will provide a fast and easy setup for you remotely from our support call centre. The cost is £20 and is payable by credit card.
